We are a New Zealand company with long-standing connections in the Fiji Islands and have established a business in Fiji making jam
We produce the following range:
Pineapple Jam
Pawpaw & Ginger Jam
Mango Jam
Banana Jam, and
Cumquat Marmalade
All our jams are made entirely in Fiji from locally-grown fruit and cane sugar. Our operation is small, employing many local women alongside us when we manufacture our jams in limited runs in season. The jams are made by hand in small batches. No additives or artificial preservatives are used, so the product is pure and natural. The jams contain a very high concentration of pure fruit, as they are not diluted in any way. They are presented in 110 ml (150 g) hexagonal glass jars with a self-sealing cap and the lid has a tamper-proof label.
Currently we sell our jams through various outlets within Fiji and at the departure stores at the International Airport in Nadi

CUMQUAT marmalade is unique. We hand slice every piece of fruit into long strips so that the jam has lovely long curls of peel. For those of you like marmalade this is a must!!!
PINEAPPLE jam is made from freshly picked Fijian pineapples. Skinned and the "eyes" taken out, it is then blended with sugar and fresh lemon juice to create a mouth watering delight
MANGO jam is made from semi ripe fruit which is peeled and the flesh removed by hand. x
PAWPAW and GINGER jam combines the flavour of fresh pawpaw and crystalized ginger. All grown in Fiji this jam is the best
